The Pampered Bride
FULL SERVICE PLANNING
WHO IT’S FOR:
The Pampered Bridal Experience is for the couple who wishes to work with a dedicated planner to manage their entire wedding planning process from yes to the honeymoon.
WHAT IT INCLUDES:
Complete planning provides busy couples with a thorough and memorable wedding
planning experience. We begin with a pre-planning consultation to discuss overall wedding day vision. From there we take the reins and begin working on vendor portfolios and decor mood boards.
Over the course of your engagement, your dedicated planner will be with you every step of the way. From consultations, site visits, tastings, and everything in between.
This planning packages has unlimited emails and phone calls as well as access via Voxer up to 12 hours per day as needed by the client.
As we approach the wedding day, we take on the responsibility of tedious tasks like RSVP tracking, welcome bag and favor assembly and delivery.
The Pampered Bridal Experience is inclusive of the Meticulous Bridal Experience.
The Meticulous Bride
Partial Planning
WHO IT’S FOR:
The Meticulous Bridal Experience is for the couple that has plenty of
time and creativity on their hands who’s booked some vendors on their own, but needs some guidance along the way and would like the professional experience
and benefit of working with a dedicated planner throughout the remainder of their engagement.
WHAT IT INCLUDES:
We begin service with our pre-planning consultation to assess the budget, planning timeline and wedding vision to solidify our role going forward.
Some clients need assistance booking the last 2-4 remaining vendors. For those vendors, the couple will be presented with a portfolio of curated options based on financial comfort level, client aesthetic, and vendor availability. Your dedicated
planner will attend up to 5 meetings, and actively manages proposal acquisition, revisions, negotiations and payment details. For the remaining vendors, the client will be provided with our recommended vendor list (only available to partial and full
planning clients) to help narrow their search.
During the remainder of your engagement, your personal planner will be with you every step of the way. Each couple receives access to a personal virtual planning
platform with a complete planning checklist, timeline, guest list tools, budget tracking, and design studio.
*Partial Planning is inclusive of the Minimalist Bridal Experience.
The Minimalist Bride
Day of Coordination
WHO IT’S FOR:
The Minimalist Bridal Experience services are for the couple who
wishes to embark on an independent planning journey with the relief of knowing that they will have a skilled and experienced team to come in, take over and complete their plans leading up to the wedding day.
WHAT IT INCLUDES:
Our in-depth coordination services begin three months prior to your wedding, but we encourage you to inquire with us as soon as you are ready to reserve your date,
as we only have a limited number of wedding management spots available.

I am incredibly indecisive and Jade helped me make decisions, talked me down off ledges, and helped me through some tough times along the road to our wedding. She was always available to answer my quirky questions and was extremely thoughtful, patient, and understanding throughout the planning process. She pointed me in the direction of some great vendors that I was so pleased with and gave me access to her online wedding planning software that was pretty much a life saver. Jade kept me on task by providing me with monthly goals and checked in on my progress during our weekly calls. Oh...and let me not forget to mention...Jade will go to bat for you! I contemplated even getting a wedding planner, but I am so so glad that my reception venue required one. Jade and her team were thankfully on the preferred vendor list. Our beautiful wedding was planned to the smallest detail in 4 months and there's no way that I could have pulled it off without Jade and her amazing team!
Also, on the big wedding day, Jade gave my in-laws a ride to the church from the hotel, because they missed the last shuttle. Hahaha! My husband & I found out about this the next day She's a true professional and just makes everything happen smoothly.
Lastly, we did have an issue with our cake during our reception, that we were totally unaware of all the drama. Jade was fighting for us weeks after our wedding date to make things right. Once again, she closed the deal and our expectations we exceeded!
We highly recommend Jade for any type of event planning. (Our faces were 'all smiles' like the photo all day long!)
